I struggled with this over the years as I turned my back on my writing, my art and occasionally my family.

For me, turning my back equates to not having time.
Precious and illusive, my time gets sucked up or at least that's what I tell myself.
But the truth is that I can better prioritize my time and be selfish with it.

I can control who I spend my time with and how I spend it.

So let me turn this quote around...

"Your life is worth it,
turn your back on anything that doesn't value or love you!"
