The funny thing about fear and faith...

My fear and anxiety didn’t disappear at midnight on January 1st but neither did my faith. I believe God is within all of us and was there when so many that were deeply loved lost their lives in 2020 and thus far in 2021.

My fear and anxiety didn’t disappear at noon on January 20th. There is still racial injustice and inequality, and there is still pain and suffering in this country and in the world. I have faith the suffering is not in vain and through our collective and relentless education and action; there will be reconciliation, redemption and transformation.
