During my day job...

I practice my jimador skills by using a coa to carefully cut away the leaves from the pina (the heart of the agave) and hopefully not cut away my foot. This was the last time I traveled internationally in October 2019 to Jalisco, Mexico.

The next time you are enjoying your favorite tequila, take a moment to appreciate the craftsmanship, the heart, the care and the people that create it.
